Vista Mesa Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation, managed by Balanced Bookkeeping and Community Association Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $110.00 per home, per year. All homes pay the same dues amount. Dues are payable on the first of January and are considered late if received after the 10th of January, where a $50.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Please call Balanced Bookkeeping to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
